We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to take commercial responsibility for the Nordic Region. The Nordic Region represents an established market for Lundberg Tech, with further growth potential across key industrial segments. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow the market through structured, hands-on B2B sales, supported by experienced colleagues and a professional international organisation.
The job
As part of Lundberg Tech’s international sales organisation, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and project teams to drive sales across the Nordic Region. You will work directly with customers, understand their production environments and requirements, and manage the sales process from initial contact to signed order. Implementation of the solutions are handled by the project organisation, allowing you to focus on sales, customer development and market growth. The position refers to our CCO and resides within the sales – and marketing team in our headquarters in Denmark.
Your tasks will include:
- Develop and grow sales in the Nordic Region
- Identify and prioritise relevant industries, segments and customers
- Participate in European exhibitions and other marketing initiatives
- Engage directly with customers on-site to understand needs and solution requirements
- Prepare and deliver professional, well-founded sales proposals
- Work systematically with pipeline management, follow-up and forecasting
- Ensure clear and professional handover to the project organisation after order intake
- Collaborate closely with trusted partners and internal stakeholders across sales, engineering and project managers who are giving you sparring and access to technical knowledge and expertise
Your profile and background
You are a commercially driven sales professional who combines business understanding with technical insight and a willingness to develop further in the role. You likely bring:
- Experience from B2B sales, preferably within industrial or technical solutions
- A structured and disciplined approach to sales and market development
- Sufficient technical understanding and background to engage in solution-oriented customer dialogues and support accurate proposals
- The ability to work independently while actively using internal sparring and support
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused mindset
- Motivation to grow in a role with responsibility, learning opportunities and visible impact
- Speak and write English and Danish at a professional level; proficiency in another Nordic language is a strong advantage
- A friendly, open, and direct personality that helps you integrate effortlessly into our strong collaboration across the organisation
- Experience in the label, flexible packaging, printing, or food industry is a plus
