Meet Paul Dawson
Regional Sales Director – Lundberg Tech UK.
Paul has been part of the Lundberg Tech team since 2020 and is based in the UK. He drives sales across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, ensuring customers receive the best waste handling solutions and support.
Before joining Lundberg Tech, Paul was a newspaper printer for 15 years and has sold consumables and capital equipment onto the European market for 26 years.

Meet Mateusz Sasinowski
Area Sales Manager – Lundberg Tech Polska.
Mateusz joined the Lundberg Tech team in 2024 to strengthen our presence in Poland, where we have delivered waste handling solutions for more than 20 years. Based in Warsaw, he leads sales across Poland and supports customers throughout their journey. Looking ahead, Mateusz will also take on new responsibilities in the Baltic region and Ukraine, expanding our reach in these markets.
Mateusz brings a strong educational background with a Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Technology from Aalborg University, Denmark. He began his career working for six years in the automation department of a leading Oil & Gas OEM in Poland. Since 2015, Mateusz has focused on sales, most recently serving as Sales Manager for an OEM provider in the grain processing industry, covering all of Poland.

Meet Kai Hornetz
Chief Sales Officer – Lundberg Tech GmbH.
Kai has been with the company since 2013 and is based in Southern Germany, near Stuttgart. He drives sales across the DACH region as well as Austria, Italy, Romania, Switzerland, and Turkey.
After studying Industrial Engineering Kai worked as a consultant within Lean Production Management and Process Optimisation. In a position as Global Sales Manager Kai then joined a German Lundberg Tech competitor for waste extraction systems in the years 2007-2013. With a broad experience in waste handling systems, e.g., for the printing and converting, flexible packaging and extrusion, thermoforming packaging and food packing industry Kai is an expert in giving advice on the right Lundberg Tech solution for you.
Part of Kai’s DNA is always to look for possibilities to make production processes more efficient and cost effective. Environmental issues are in the focus to save energy and make recycling possible for packaging and label materials.

Meet Michal Berky
Business Coordinator – Lundberg Tech China.
Michal has been part of the Lundberg Tech team since 2019 and is currently based in China. Originally from Slovakia, he made the decision to relocate to China in 2015. In 2026, Michal and his family are preparing for an exciting move to Malaysia, where Lundberg Tech will launch a new strategic office. This expansion aims to strengthen our local presence and seize both existing and emerging opportunities across Southeast Asia.
What Michal Brings to the team is an education in Master of Chinese language and cross-cultural communication as well as 14 years of experience in international trade with focus on China and the Chinese market.

Meet Joshua Frazier
General Manager – Lundberg Tech, Inc.
Josh is based at Lundberg Tech’s US office in Newark, Delaware. He oversees Operations and OEM sales across the US and handles both sales and OEM sales in Canada and Mexico.
Joining Lundberg Tech in 2018, Josh started out as Business Coordinator in China. This experience gave him Chinese language skills and valuable cross-cultural expertise.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics for Business combined with industry experience within quality assurance and quality control as well as team management are just some of the skills included in Josh’s CV.
