Sales Coordinator – Fluent in German

To continue supporting our expanding sales activities, especially in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), we are looking for a dedicated German-speaking Sales Coordinator. The position is newly created and resides within the sales – and marketing team in our headquarters in Denmark.

The job 
You will be a central person in the team, responsible for building a function that delivers high-quality sales support, where you with your structured approach manage to prioritize both the daily tasks, but also systematize and further develop our sales tools and templates.

 

Your tasks will include

  • Provide remote, day-to-day support mainly to the Chief Sales Officer/DACH who are based in Germany
  • Maintain direct contact and handle correspondence with customers in the DACH region
  • Prepare quotes and offers for customers in the DACH region and other regions and follow up and document within our CRM system
  • Assisting project managers by managing German documentation and customer correspondence before – and during implementation of our solutions
  • Assist our outside sales team in the rest of the world as well, with quotes and correspondence
  • Act as – and develop into a superuser of our CRM system, ensuring optimal utilization
  • Further develop and manage quotation templates to streamline our sales processes

 

 

Your profile and background
You are a motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for technical solutions and you have excellent language and communication skills. The right person has a relevant commercial background within supporting B2B sales on global markets.
