3. Granulator is blocked

- The Granulator is not in operation
- The rotor on the Granulator is turning the wrong way around
- The Granulator is not cutting the material – needs adjustment / refurbishment
- Insufficient amount of silicon oil (if handling material containing adhesives)
- Motor protection is set too low
- Edges inside silencer/pipes/bends before the Granulator
- Air speed in the system is too low

4. Waste material is building up inside the separator or the connection from separator

- Material is static charged
- Insufficient amount of silicone oil (if handling material containing adhesives)
- Too much air entering the air separator
- Incorrect setting of the balance ventilator (separator should have a slight overpressure)
- Unit is not or incorrect grounded

5. Bridgebuilding of waste material at the inlet of the WasteCompactor

- The WasteCompactor is not in operation
- Pieces of waste are too large/long
- Material is static charged
- Insufficient amount of silicone oil (if handling material containing adhesives)
- Unit is not or incorrect grounded

6. WasteCompactor is blocked

- The pressure plate is set for too much pressure
- Pieces of waste are too large/long
- Motor protection is set too low
- The WasteCompactor has been in operation while no material is fed into the compactor
